Lunch and Learn for your Employees

With wellness initiatives becoming more important for corporate fiscal health, companies are choosing to offer employees more education on topics that pertain to staying well. Regular wellness talks are a great way to encourage your employees to make a conscious effort to learn how to be healthy rather than wait until they are sick and then try to get well.

I’ve presented wellness topics to hundreds of groups over the past 14 years, from national companies like AOL, Lockheed Martin and Pepsi to local based Solvay bank, C&S Engineers, Suny ESF and Suny Oswego. My teaching experience also includes classes in wellness topics for Syracuse University and St. Joe’s School of Nursing. My resume is posted on my office blog at www.northstarnotes.blogspot.com

These talks can be presented in 45 minutes to 1 ½ hour time slots, customized for your schedule. Where applicable, hand outs are sent via e-mail to HR which can either e-mail them or print for distribution. All classes include a short power point presentation and an interactive learning section designed to teach your employees how to use the information presented. Prices start at $150.00, so any company can afford to help their employees stay well. Purchase, schedule and pre-pay for a series of 3 classes and get 10% off.
