The Days are getting Longer

But lets be honest, we still have a ways to go to be out of the snow. Case in point- today's forecast for the next couple of days.

This is a good time to take your vitamins, dress in layers and do yoga or some other indoor exercise. Exercise increases your immune system and decreases depression, which is so common in the north country in the winter.

Personally, I'm seeing and feeling the light at the end of the tunnel, as I swear I smelled a tiny bit of spring early in the morning just a few days ago!
