Medical Inc.

Here's a link to the trailer for the upcoming movie "Medical Inc."
I'm a fan of the movie already, and I haven't seen it yet. How could I be a fan? Because the Chiropractic community has had some advance education on the movie, and we are behind it all the way. Viewing this movie may change people's lives for the better. They may become healthier from learning about the way the medical community works. There are countless wonderful MD's, Nurses and other health care professionals who may not be fully aware of how big pharma and insurance companies make decisions about what drugs to allow on to the market and why. Most health care professionals could also learn from this movie. Bottom line, we should all be working together for the benefit of our patients.

This is a fine short article on Essential Oils being accepted by the medical profession. Notice it does say oil quality matters, and you should learn how to use them from someone qualified to teach.  I use only Young Living Therapeutic Grade Oils, and they are the best. That's a fact, scientifically proven.
I also teach people how to use the oils on family and loved ones safely and effectively. Call me for more information (315) 635-2739

What you should know about your food

Healthy Eating is something that will pay off over time. Isn't it time you considered changing your diet? a healthy diet of clean, organic foods is good for your body and good for the planet. If you are still eating animal products, begin to eliminate them one at a time- consider "vegetarian days" several times a week as you adapt to less animal products. Over time you will feel better and look better too!

The Weather is Fine- Time to Get Moving!

Well we made it through another winter, and most of us did so with a lot less exercise than we get during the summer. Let's face it, it's just not fun to be outside when it's 20 degrees! Now however, spring has come and I hope that you have already considered, and plotted, and started to exicute a plan of action to get back in shape.

Walk, Jog, Run, Bike. Play ball, hike, dig in your garden. Doesn't really matter what you decide to do- what matters is that you do it.

Remeber to hydrate- drink lots of water, and protect your pale northeast winter skin from the sun. Get your tan a little bit at a time. Enjoy the freedom of being outside with out coats, boots and mittens.

Don't forget your regular chiropractic check up- keep your spine in line, and you will feel fine!
